We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Research Analyst to gather, analyze, and interpret data to support business decisions. If you enjoy conducting research, creating insights, and working collaboratively in a remote-first environment, this role is ideal for you.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market, industry, and competitor research
• Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders
• Identify trends, opportunities, and risks based on research findings
• Support strategic and operational decision-making with data-driven insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide research support
• Maintain research databases and documentation
• Monitor relevant news, reports, and market developments
• Present findings in a clear and actionable manner
• Assist with ad hoc research projects as required

✅ Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience in research, analytics, or related roles
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or data analysis tools
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to synthesize large amounts of information into clear insights
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Fluent in English
• Must be based in Australia with legal right to work full-time
