We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer to design visually engaging and user-friendly websites. This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for design, usability, and branding, who enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote-first environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Design responsive and visually appealing website layouts and interfaces.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and design prototypes.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and consistency.
• Ensure websites meet usability, accessibility, and brand guidelines.
• Optimize designs for performance, responsiveness, and user experience.
• Maintain and update existing website designs.
• Incorporate feedback and iterate on designs efficiently.
• Stay up to date with web design trends, tools, and best practices.

✅ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1–3 years of experience in web design or UI/UX-related roles.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Strong understanding of responsive design and UX principles.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web standards is a plus.
• Strong visual design, typography, and layout skills.
• Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Fluent in English.
• Based in Australia with the legal right to work full-time.
