As a technology-led product company, they design, build, and own their entire product ecosystem in-house. Unlike many organisations that rely on third-party platforms, off-the-shelf software, or extensive integrations, their products are developed from the ground up by dedicated internal Product, Engineering, and Data teams. This creates a highly collaborative environment where ideas move quickly from concept to delivery, and where technology and data play a central role in shaping the customer experience.

We're looking for a Senior Business Analyst who thrives in a product-led environment and can use data to drive decision-making. This is not a traditional BA role focused solely on gathering requirements. We're seeking someone who can analyze customer behaviour, identify trends and patterns within data, uncover opportunities for improvement, and proactively shape product initiatives.

You'll work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Data teams to transform insights into tangible product features and enhancements. From identifying a problem through data analysis to defining solutions and supporting delivery, you'll play a key role in the end-to-end product lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have experience working within companies that build bespoke digital products from scratch rather than implementing third-party solutions. You'll be comfortable operating in greenfield environments, collaborating directly with engineering teams, and helping design custom solutions that solve real customer and business problems.

• Strong Business Analysis experience within digital product businesses
• Advanced data analysis skills with the ability to identify behavioural trends and opportunities
• Experience translating data insights into product features, enhancements, and business outcomes
• Proven background working closely with software engineering teams
• Experience delivering custom-built products rather than configuring third-party systems
• Strong stakeholder engagement across Product, Technology, and Data functions
• Ability to move from problem identification through to solution design and delivery

Experience

• 5+ years’ experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Senior BA, or similar role in a fintech, lending, or startup environment.
• Strong experience working with structured data, validation, reconciliation, and remediation.
• Experience translating product requirements into technical tickets and delivery outcomes.
• Hands-on experience with testing, UAT, staging environments, and release validation.
• Strong documentation and process-mapping capability (Micro Or Figma)
• Experience in agile delivery environments.
• Jira, Confluence, Advanced Google sheets,
• Comfortable reading API doc
• SQL
