Lead Sales Representative

We’re on the hunt for a confident, down-to-earth sales rep to help us grow our client base across Australia. This is a contractor role focused on generating qualified leads for our growing HR consultancy, Culturefy. We work with small-to-medium businesses across Australia who want genuine HR support.

What you'll do:

• Identify and reach out to potential clients (we’ll help you get to know our ideal audience)
• Build genuine relationships and close deals
• Track and manage leads
• Share market insights and client feedback so we can keep improving

Who this is perfect for:

• A natural connector who enjoys talking to people and spotting opportunities
• Someone with experience in B2B sales, recruitment, or lead gen (HR/consulting experience a bonus but not essential)
• Self-motivated, reliable and happy to work independently on your own schedule
• Looking for flexible, contract work — this can sit alongside your other gigs
• Must be located in Australia (any state or territory)
