DeFi Execution Specialist

We are now expanding into DeFi and digital asset execution and are seeking a highly skilled DeFi Execution Specialist to implement and manage our decentralized finance strategies. This role is perfect for someone with hands-on experience in DeFi protocols, liquidity management, staking, yield farming, and automated execution strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and manage DeFi strategies across multiple protocols, including staking, lending, yield farming, and liquidity provision.
• Monitor and optimize on-chain positions, ensuring efficient use of capital and maximizing risk-adjusted returns.
• Work with the investment team to implement automated execution strategies and smart contract interactions.
• Track emerging DeFi opportunities, protocol updates, and governance proposals that may impact portfolio performance.
• Maintain robust operational and risk controls for all DeFi activity.
• Provide regular reporting on performance, transaction history, and risk metrics.

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience interacting with DeFi protocols, smart contracts, or automated execution strategies.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology, DeFi ecosystems, liquidity management, and yield optimization.
• Experience with wallet management, on-chain analytics, and transaction security best practices.
• Solid analytical and quantitative skills; comfortable with monitoring KPIs and performance metrics.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work remotely; strong alignment with socially responsible investing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
