System Engineer | $80/hr Remote

Compensation: $30–$80/hour

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Design detailed, real-world engineering prompts covering system design, troubleshooting, and optimization scenarios.
• Evaluate AI-generated responses for technical accuracy, clarity, and adherence to engineering principles.
• Develop high-quality reference solutions and explain the rationale behind technical decisions.
• Identify logical gaps, calculation errors, and unrealistic assumptions in AI outputs.
• Collaborate asynchronously with technical experts and reviewers using structured documentation and feedback systems.

Requirements

• Degree in mechanical, electrical, civil, software, or a related engineering field.
• Professional experience in engineering practice, R&D, or technical consulting.
• Strong understanding of engineering methodologies, tools, and applied problem-solving.
• Excellent technical writing and structured reasoning skills.
• Comfortable reviewing AI outputs across multiple engineering domains.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, deliverables-driven environment.
