Position: Software Expert – Office Suite
Type: Hourly contract
Compensation: Up to $100/hour
Location: Remote (must have access to a physical Mac)
Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
- Record screen sessions demonstrating real-world workflows in professional software with clear verbal narration.
- Annotate screenshots by drawing precise bounding boxes around relevant UI elements.
- Follow staging instructions to configure specific UI states before recording tasks.
- Use custom screen capture and annotation tools to document workflows accurately.
- Adhere strictly to task guidelines to ensure consistency, precision, and data usability.
- Produce high-quality recordings and annotations suitable for large-scale AI training.
Requirements
- Strong working knowledge of professional Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to follow precise, step-by-step instructions.
- Comfortable working independently and meeting tight deadlines in a remote environment.
- Access to a physical Mac with the ability to create a fresh macOS user profile if required.
