Job Description DAYSHIFT REMOTE Virtual Administrative Coordinator (AU Dayshift - Civil Consulting) Role Overview **We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support our team with contract submissions, document management, and administrative operations. This role is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate submission of contracts and tender documents, maintaining organized records, and supporting system and documentation tasks. **Key Responsibilities Contracts & Submissions **â Prepare, organize, and submit contracts and required documentation. â Coordinate and track contract and tender submissions to ensure deadlines are met. â Review documents to ensure completeness and compliance before submission. **Administrative Support **â Manage and maintain organized filing systems for contracts, tender documents, and internal records. â Handle administrative documentation and digital file organization. â Perform system-related administrative tasks as assigned. **Document & Email Management **â Maintain and organize tender documentation and supporting files. â Assist with email inbox clean-up and organization to ensure efficient communication. â Coordinate document submissions with relevant teams. **Tools & Content Support **â Create and update simple documents, templates, and presentations using MS Office. â Use Excel to track submissions, records, and administrative data. â Assist in creating basic visual materials using Canva when required. **Required Skills & Experienceâ Proven experience in administrative, document control, or coordination roles. â Strong organizational and document management skills. â Experience handling contract or tender submissions â Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). â Proficient experience in using Canva â Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines. â Good communication and coordination skills.
