Role DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated and learner-focused Education Consultant / Learning & Development Specialist to support the design, development, and implementation of educational and professional learning initiatives. In this role, you will help create effective learning experiences, provide educational guidance, assess learning needs, and contribute to programs that enhance knowledge, skills, and performance.You will work with learners, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to identify learning objectives, develop instructional strategies, and recommend solutions that support academic, professional, and organizational development. Your responsibilities will include analyzing learning requirements, creating educational resources, evaluating program effectiveness, and supporting continuous learning initiatives.The role requires strong communication skills, instructional design knowledge, analytical thinking, and a passion for education and professional development. You will help ensure that learning programs are engaging, accessible, and aligned with desired outcomes.Success in this position requires creativity, organization, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to helping individuals and groups achieve their learning goals. - Assess learning needs and identify educational or training opportunities

Qualifications
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in English
- Knowledge of learning and development principles, instructional design, and adult learning concepts
- Ability to assess learning needs and develop effective educational solutions
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience creating educational content, training materials, or learning resources
