If you’ve come from banking, insurance, accounting, retail finance, government, or any customer-facing role where accuracy and doing right by people mattered - we’d love to hear from you. You’ll be supporting Australians with financial and government enquiries on a busy inbound queue, working within clear scripts and compliance guidelines. The calls vary - some straightforward, some sensitive - but the expectation is the same: accurate, empathetic, professional, every time. What You’ll Be Doing

  • High-volume inbound calls - financial and government matters
  • Strict script and compliance adherence
  • Applying financial literacy to guide customers clearly and accurately
  • Maintaining professionalism across a range of conversation types

The Details

  • 💰 $26.70/hr + Super + Incentives - with pay increases as you expand across business lines
  • 🏠 100% permanent Work From Home
  • 📅 Monday–Friday only | 7.6hr shifts with rotating start times between 7am–12pm AEST
  • 🖥️ Equipment provided (Adelaide CBD collection required)
  • 📋 Multiple intake dates across June and July 2026 - apply early, security clearance can take up to a month once submitted
