Admin / Office Manager (Offshore)

Must Have

• Strong administrative or office management experience
• Excellent English communication skills
• High accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently
• Reliable internet, laptop, and a quiet workspace

Nice to have

• Experience working with Australian businesses or international teams.
• Knowledge of CRM or ERP systems (Odoo, MYOB, Xero, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)
• Background in customer service, sales coordination, or logistics support.
• basic accounting processes
• Ability to prepare reports, spreadsheets, or administrative dashboards
