Senior Klaviyo Account Manager
Job Description
Posted on: January 29, 2026
About Us:
Compound Flows is a fast-growing e-commerce email marketing agency helping ecommerce brands drive 30–50% of their revenue through Klaviyo. We specialize in done-for-you email campaign execution with a tight, process-driven team of marketers, creatives, and techs. We’re known for our speed, precision, and commitment to ROI. Now, we’re looking for an experienced, high-performing Senior Account Manager to join the team.
The Role:
This is not your standard account manager role. You’ll operate as a key operations lead, head of client fulfillment, managing client communications, mentoring account managers, and ensuring smooth execution across our internal workflow. You’ll be the calm in the storm, the one who jumps on fires, keeps processes humming, and makes sure we’re always ahead of schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the primary point of contact for our highest-value clients.
- Support, train, and manage a team of account managers.
- Oversee campaign execution across team pods—ensuring timelines, quality, and strategy alignment.
- Step in to solve urgent client or workflow issues with confidence and clarity.
- Ensure calendars, deliverables, and Slack channels are running like clockwork.
- Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and Klaviyo techs to ensure top-tier output, keeping our quality high.
- Conduct QA reviews and guide strategic improvements.
- Communicate performance updates clearly and tactfully.
- Maintain and improve SOPs, communication protocols, and operational systems.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5+ years experience in Klaviyo DTC email marketing
- Proven experience managing people and leading teams.
- Agency experience or a strong track record in fast-paced environments.
- Deep knowledge of Klaviyo, flows, campaigns, and deliverability best practices.
- Highly organized with sharp project management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Confident problem solver who thrives in high-pressure situations.
- Self-starter with a bias toward action and clarity.
- Ideally based in Melbourne or Australia for time zone and culture alignment.
Why Join Us?
- Work with top-tier e-commerce clients.
- Be part of a tight, talented team that values deep work and operational clarity.
- Flexible hours with remote work setup.
- Opportunity to shape processes and lead from the front.
- There is a big opportunity to grow in this role, into an operations manager.
Work Arrangement:
- Contract position
- Must be based in Australia
- Remote, but also able to work in person from time to time.
Compensation:
- Starting at $6-8k AUD per month, depending on experience.
