CLIQ Marketing Content is a 2x Google Premier Partner agency (2025 & 2026) specialising in lead generation for service-based businesses.
We currently manage over $10M in annual ad spend across 150+ active clients, helping trades, professional services and local businesses grow through Google Ads.
Our agency generates a consistent volume of inbound enquiries from business owners looking to grow and we are now looking to add a Sales Representative to convert that demand into new clients.
About The Role
This is a phone-first, inbound sales role.
You will be responsible for speaking with business owners who have already expressed interest in Google Ads and guiding them through a structured sales process.
Your role will include:
• Calling and following up inbound leads
• Running qualification and strategy calls
• Managing your pipeline daily (no backlog)
• Following a structured follow-up process
• Closing new clients onto 3-month retainers
• Working closely with the directors to improve performance
This is not a passive role, success comes from consistent activity, strong follow-up and disciplined execution.

• Consistent daily engagement on the phone
• Strong pipeline hygiene and follow-up discipline
• Ability to stay steady regardless of short-term results

Essential Requirements• 1+ years experience in digital marketing sales (Google Ads or similar)
• Strong understanding of how Google Ads generates leads for service-based businesses
• Confidence speaking with business owners about marketing and ROI
• Ability to manage your own time and pipeline without supervision
• Full-time availability (9am–5pm AEST)
• High level of personal accountability
Desirable Experience• Previous digital marketing agency experience
• Experience selling Google Ads services
• Experience working with trades or service-based businesses
