Role Overview

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (Lead Generation Focus) to engage with potential clients, generate leads, and support the sales pipeline. This role combines customer interaction with outbound prospecting, contributing directly to revenue growth.

This is a commission-only role with 10% per deal closed, ideal for individuals who are confident in communication and motivated by performance-based earnings.

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients through calls, messages, and online platforms

• Generate and qualify leads for digital marketing services

• Conduct initial outreach and follow-ups with prospects

• Support the sales team by scheduling meetings and passing qualified leads

• Maintain records of leads and interactions

• Build positive relationships with prospects and clients

• Assist in handling basic customer inquiries when needed

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable with outreach, lead generation, and client interaction

• Ability to engage and qualify potential clients effectively

• Self-motivated and results-driven

• Basic understanding of digital marketing is a plus

Compensation
