Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Client Experience Specialist. The primary responsibilities include managing client communication, ensuring customer satisfaction, and addressing client inquiries in a professional manner. The specialist will collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experiences, provide solutions to client concerns, and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders. The role requires proactive problem-solving, building meaningful connections, and delivering excellent customer service to support our mission of inspiring young talent.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build meaningful client relationships
• Clear and effective communication skills with a client-oriented approach
• Experience in customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and enhancing customer experience
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems with professionalism and positivity
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to work remotely and independently
• Experience in the entertainment, modelling, or talent management industry is a plus
• Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) tools is an advantage
