Role Description

This is a remote self-employment role for a Leadership & Personal Development Consultants. The role involves providing personalized consulting and training services aimed at individual transformation and professional growth. Responsibilities include researching and developing leadership strategies, fostering communication skills, conducting training sessions, and offering actionable insights to empower clients. The consultant will play a key role in supporting women in designing intentional lives and achieving sustainable personal and professional success.

Qualifications

• Strong Consulting and Training skills to offer effective guidance and support for personal transformation and leadership development
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to engage and inspire clients with clarity and empathy
• Proven Analytical Skills and Research abilities to develop tailored strategies and provide meaningful insights
• Familiarity with emotional intelligence, mindset coaching, or lifestyle design is highly desirable
• Passion for empowering others and supporting them in achieving personal and professional growth
• Experience in mentoring or coaching, with an ability to work independently in a remote setting
