1. Patient Medical Information Requirements
- Collect detailed personal and treatment-related information before consultation:
- Medical history
- Current medications, including benzodiazepines, antipsychotics, opioids, Suboxone, etc.

🔍 Ensures proper risk assessment and supports compliance with AHPRA and TGA guidelines.
2. Consent & Treatment Acknowledgments

- Health Summary
- Specialist Clearance Letters

📂 Having verified medical documentation on file supports prescribing decisions and shields practitioners from liability.
4. Privacy & Data Handling

- Proper disclosure and storage protocols
🔐 Protects practitioners from privacy breaches and ensures ethical patient data management.
5. eScript Cross-Check Protocol

- Doctors are unaware during consultation; rejections occur post-consultation.
🚫 Adds a compliance safeguard by preventing duplicate or conflicting prescriptions under safe script reporting.
6. Zero-Tolerance & Appointment Protocols
- Clear policies on:
- Verbal abuse toward staff
- Missed appointments and rescheduling
- Communication and reminders via SMS/email
