We provide online Development Programs backed with International Live events, making a difference to people's lives. 

This is a performance-based role with compensation from the profit made from the sale of products.

  • What You’ll Do 
  • Administer purpose-led projects that support career reinvention and lifestyle improvement. 
  • Learn and implement digital marketing strategies (comprehensive training provided)
  • Collaborate to deliver programs, content, and experiences that resonate with our audience. 
  • Manage the information process while maintaining a strong administration flow
  • Provide support and facilitate training where required
  • Participate in virtual, live, and personal development events.

  • Experienced communicator and a logical, confident thinker.
  • Has strong administration skills and like consistent daily activations
  • Passionate about empowering others and helping them succeed. 
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a performance-based model.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to implement efficient office processes
  • Previous experience in office management or administrative leadership is a plus
  • Willing to work in a self-directed business framework (not salaried or hourly)
  • Must have a minimum of 7 years full time work experience - not suitable for students
