Remote Founding Contributor - AutoCyber AI Pty Ltd

Independent Contractor / Results-Driven Compensation | Remote (Global)

The AutoCyber RuleNo client conversation, no client revenue, no pay. Every track is revenue-facing. Every contributor sells, speaks to customers, or directly enables deals. You get paid when revenue lands. Not for activity. For outcomes.

About This Opportunity

AutoCyber AI is building its founding commercial and product team. We are not hiring traditional employees. We seek autonomous, high-ownership individuals who want to earn based on outcomes now and grow into core team roles as we scale.

This is a commission and deliverables-based contractor engagement. You operate under your own business structure (ABN / equivalent), invoice for deliverables, and manage your own tax obligations. We engage collaborators, not employees.

How You Earn - Two Distinct Models

Every dollar you earn comes from real client revenue. No client = no pay.

MODEL A: Revenue Share on Deals You Touch For Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships

Assisted Close: You join a founder-led call and help land the client. Example: Client signs at $750/month.

  • Option 1: High one-off commission (20-30% of first month = $150-$225 upfront)
  • Option 2: Lower upfront (10% = $75) + ongoing monthly share (10-15% = $75-$112.50/month recurring)

Solo Close: You source, pitch, and close independently. Example: Client signs at $500/month.

  • Your earnings: 20-25% ongoing monthly share ($100-$125/month, no cap)
  • The math: 10 solo clients = $1,000/month recurring revenue share

Customer Success - Retention & Expansion:

  • Onboarding fee: $X per client converted to paid
  • Retention bonus: Ongoing % for renewals
  • Upsell commission: % of expansion revenue you close

Partnerships - Channel Revenue:

  • Partner referral: % of referred client revenue (6-12 months)
  • Bulk deal: % of total deal value

MODEL B: Significance-Tiered Revenue Share For Full Stack & Frontend/UI-UX Development

Every feature is tiered BEFORE you build. No surprises. No post-hoc negotiation.

Tier 1 - Critical Path (15-20% of client fee, 12 months) Deal won't close without it. Example: Client pays $2,000/month. You build custom SSO. You earn 15% = $300/month for 12 months = $3,600 total.

Tier 2 - Deal Accelerator (10-15%, 9 months) Wins against competitors. Advanced reporting, white-label, multi-tenant.

Tier 3 - Value Multiplier (5-10%, 6 months) Drives expansion/retention. UX overhaul, onboarding wizard, performance optimization.

Tier 4 - Foundation (Platform Pool, quarterly) Core infrastructure. Refactoring, test coverage, security hardening.

  • Quarterly: 5-10% of new MRR split by foundation points
  • Example: Q2 new MRR = $4,000. Pool = $400/month. 20 total points = $20/point. Auth refactor (5 pts) = $100/month.

Locked Before You Build: Written tier agreement: feature name, client, tier, %, duration, agreed by Founder + Dev. No agreement = no revenue share.

Objective Criteria:

  • Client won't sign without it? -> Tier 1
  • Won deal vs competitor? -> Tier 2
  • Unlocked expansion/retention? -> Tier 3
  • Core infrastructure, no client link? -> Tier 4

Founder has final call. Criteria are public. Challenge with evidence.

Quarterly Transparency: We publish new MRR, total shares paid, pool size, point allocations. Disputes at review, not month-to-month.

Open Tracks1. Sales Development & Outreach This is not "send emails." This is get prospects on calls, run discovery, handle objections, close revenue.

  • Generate leads - paid when prospects book meetings
  • Run demos - paid on conversions, not demos booked
  • Push deals to close - on calls, follow-ups, in writing
  • Paid: Commission on qualified meetings, revenue share on closed deals (Model A)

2. Customer Success & Product Enablement This is not "support tickets." This is convert trials to paid, keep clients, expand them.

  • Guide trial onboarding - paid on trial-to-paid conversion
  • Run sales demos, answer technical questions - paid on deal revenue
  • Close upsells - more seats, more modules, more share
  • Improve retention - paid on renewals
  • Paid: Per-conversion fee, retention bonuses, upsell commissions (Model A)

3. Programs & Partnerships This is not "write playbooks." This is get partners signed and referring paying clients.

  • Design programs - paid only when partners sign and produce revenue
  • Negotiate and close partnership agreements
  • Support partner-led acquisition - paid on referred client revenue
  • Paid: Per-partnership fee (when active), revenue share on referred clients (Model A)

4. Frontend / UI-UX Development This is not "pretty screens." This is build what prospects need to sign, demo it, handle objections, get paid.

  • Prioritize work that unblocks deals
  • Join sales calls to demo UI/UX, explain decisions, handle objections
  • Ship client-scoped features - tiered before build, paid only when client signs
  • Paid: Significance-tiered revenue share (Model B, Tiers 1-4)

5. Full Stack Development This is not "code in isolation." This is build what closes deals, demo it, answer technical questions, get paid.

  • Build features scoped to prospect requirements, tiered before you build
  • Join sales calls to demo capabilities, answer architecture questions, handle objections
  • Ship client-acquisition work - integrations, compliance modules, security features
  • Paid: Significance-tiered revenue share (Model B, Tiers 1-4)

_No coding experience required for non-technical tracks._The Growth PathPhase 1 (Now): Commission and revenue share. You eat what you kill.

Phase 2 (Milestones): Top performers transition to salaried retainers + bonuses.

Phase 3 (Scale): Core team eligible for equity and leadership roles.

No guarantees, timelines, or obligations. Only a clear intention: top revenue drivers get first shot at formal roles and ownership.
