HR Support Officer - Australia Only (Remote, Entry-Level)

Role Description

This is a part-time remote role as an HR Support Officer for candidates residing in Australia. The HR Support Officer will assist with day-to-day human resources tasks, including developing job descriptions, implementing HR policies, and managing employee relations. Responsibilities also include supporting HR administrative functions to ensure compliance and efficiency within the organization.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HR Management and Human Resources (HR) functions
• Understanding and application of HR Policies and Employee Relations
• Experience in Job Description Development
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role or HR-related exposure is an advantage
