Operations Asistant (Remote – Australia Only)

Role Description The Operations Assistant (Remote – Australia Only) is a part-time role supporting day-to-day operational activities for the Haesong Offshore Wind project. The role includes assisting with scheduling and coordination of internal and external meetings, maintaining operational records and documentation, and tracking action items and deadlines. The Operations Assistant will support reporting tasks, prepare basic presentations and summaries, and help streamline workflows across teams. The position also involves responding to internal and external inquiries, coordinating with stakeholders in different time zones, and providing general administrative and customer service support to the operations team. This is a remote role, requiring reliable internet access and the ability to work independently from within Australia.

Qualifications

• Strong operations support skills, including experience in Operations and Operations Management.
• Solid Analytical Skills to track data, prepare basic reports, and support process improvements.
• Effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional and international teams.
• Customer Service experience to handle inquiries professionally and maintain positive stakeholder relationships.
• Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., MS Office or Google Workspace) and virtual collaboration tools.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote setting.
• Prior experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, or project-based environments is an advantage.
• Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent practical experience in operations, business, or a related field.
