At Ambition Alchemy, we pay $35–$45+ per hour — the most competitive rates you'll find at any online tutoring agency in Australia. You work entirely online, so there's no travel time, no travel costs, and no resources to prepare between lessons. Everything you need is provided.

What the role looks like:

We work exclusively with students in Years 9–12 who need help in Math or English. Sessions are 1-on-1, conducted online, and fully supported with resources — so you show up, deliver a great session, and get paid.

We ask that you can commit to a minimum of 8 hours per week, with the option to take on up to 30 hours depending on your availability. The more hours you want, the more you can earn.

Who we're looking for:

• Current university student with an ATAR of 90+ (or equivalent band results in your subject)
• Strong academic results in Math or English from the HSC, VCE, QCE, IB, or equivalent curriculums
• Natural ability to explain concepts clearly and build rapport with high school students
• Reliable, consistent, and takes the work seriously

What you'll earn:

A tutor working 15 hours per week at our rates earns $525–$675+ per week — more than most of your peers working near full-time in retail, with a fraction of the hours and none of the stress.
