Role DescriptionThe Technical Support Engineer / AI Engineer is responsible for providing technical support while contributing to the development, deployment, and optimization of AI-powered solutions. This role combines problem-solving, customer support, and technical implementation to ensure reliable system performance and continuous improvement of AI applications.Key responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to software, applications, and AI systems through troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and timely issue resolution. The role involves monitoring system performance, maintaining technical documentation, and providing guidance to users on system functionality and best practices.On the AI engineering side, the position supports the design, integration, testing, and optimization of machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions. It assists in data preparation, model evaluation, API integration, and workflow automation to improve system efficiency and user experience. The role also collaborates in deploying AI models into production environments while ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.The position works closely with software developers, product teams, and business stakeholders to identify technical requirements, implement enhancements, and improve existing systems. It also contributes to process optimization by identifying recurring issues, recommending preventive measures, and supporting continuous product improvement.Maintaining awareness of emerging technologies, AI advancements, and industry best practices is an important aspect of the role to support innovation and technical excellence.QualificationsStrong understanding of software troubleshooting, system administration, and technical support methodologies. Ability to analyze technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and deliver effective solutions in a timely manner.Knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts, including model development, deployment, API integration, and data processing workflows. Familiarity with AI frameworks and cloud-based AI services is an advantage.Proficiency in programming or scripting languages, database concepts, and software development fundamentals. Understanding of RESTful APIs, system integration, and application architecture.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret technical information, optimize system performance, and support AI-driven solutions.
