  • Manage the HR team inbox, triaging enquiries and escalating more complex matters as required.
  • Contribute to the delivery of annual people priorities and strategic initiatives, supporting broader team success.
  • Coordinate training calendars and learning initiatives, ensuring capability-building activities are delivered and tracked effectively.
  • Provide support on a range of people and culture projects, including policy reviews, process improvement, and data analysis.
  • Assist with the implementation of wellbeing and WHS initiatives that enhance employee experience and workplace safety.
  • Act in alignment with Ageing Australia’s core values when working with staff, members, and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with Work Health and Safety (WHS) policies and procedures.

About you:

  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in HR systems (experience with ELMO (HRIS) is not essential, but desired).
  • A collaborative, people-first mindset and a commitment to service excellence
  • Strong work ethic and work history that would evidence commitment to Ageing Australia values and a genuine passion for aged care.
