Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior UKG Project Manager. In this role, you will oversee and manage complex UKG implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes. Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, facilitating project plans, monitoring progress, and addressing challenges during deployments. You will collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs, provide strategic guidance, and deliver tailored UKG solutions to meet operational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Project Management, including managing large-scale and complex implementations
• Experience in Expediting processes and Expeditor responsibilities to ensure timely completion of project tasks
• Skills in Inspection and ensuring project quality and compliance with established standards
• Proficiency in Logistics Management, including resource allocation, scheduling, and supply chain coordination
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, while managing multiple priorities
• Experience with UKG Pro WFM and related workforce management solutions is a strong advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
