Role Description This full-time remote Operations Analyst (Entry / Junior Level) role supports the planning, coordination, and optimization of daily business operations at Zenith Agency. The Operations Analyst will assist in analyzing workflows, compiling reports, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and resource allocation. Day-to-day tasks include collecting and interpreting operational data, supporting project timelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of client work. The role also involves assisting with process documentation, tracking key performance indicators, and coordinating with sales and marketing teams to align operations with business objectives. The successful candidate will work closely with senior team members, receive guidance, and gradually take on more responsibility as skills develop.
