The Role
As a Winston Gray Change Manager, you’ll take ownership of CRM and workflow implementation projects by guiding clients through the people, process, and adoption journey. You’ll operate as our delivery partner on the ground, translating business workflows into change plans and ensuring every rollout succeeds.
In some cases, our offshore technical team will build the CRM or workflow solution; in others, the client’s software vendor will. Your focus is the human side of change: ensuring the new system is embraced, embedded, delivers measurable improvement and most importantly, adopted.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end change-management delivery for CRM / workflow implementations.
- Partner directly with client stakeholders to understand current-state processes and design adoption strategies.
- Translate process maps and business flows into clear, actionable change and training plans.
- Develop and execute communications, engagement, and training activities.
- Conduct impact assessments and stakeholder analyses to anticipate resistance.
- Facilitate workshops, feedback sessions, and leadership briefings.
- Track adoption metrics and provide implementation reporting.
- Coordinate with Winston Gray’s offshore technical specialists when configuration or workflow builds are required.
Skills & Experience
- 2 + years’ experience delivering organisational or technology change.
- Proven success leading CRM, ERP, process or workflow rollouts.
- Strong understanding of business process mapping and stakeholder engagement.
- Familiarity with change frameworks such as ADKAR, Prosci, or Lean Change.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and training-delivery skills.
- Ability to work autonomously within client environments while representing the Winston Gray brand.

Contract Details
- $500 per day (flat rate)
- Remote-first with occasional on-site client visits for workshops or training
