Program Lead

Location: Flexible across Australia. Sydney, Canberra, Brisbane, Melbourne or Remote

Clearance: NV1 Required

We are seeking an experienced Program Lead to oversee the delivery and continuous improvement of a structured AI governance and data management program. This role will be responsible for driving customer outcomes, designing scalable delivery frameworks, managing stakeholder engagement and supporting long-term commercial growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead program delivery and operational governance across customer engagements
• Design and maintain scalable playbooks, frameworks and delivery standards
• Drive customer maturity, adoption and service expansion initiatives
• Coordinate delivery milestones, reporting and stakeholder communication
• Support renewal and expansion activities through measurable program outcomes
• Coach and support delivery specialists and partners

Required Experience

• 4+ years' experience within SaaS professional services, customer success or managed services
• Experience designing and managing structured delivery or program frameworks
• Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing communication skills
• Commercial awareness with the ability to align delivery outcomes to business growth
• Experience leading small delivery teams or cross-functional initiatives

Highly Regarded

• Exposure to AI governance, data governance or information management platforms
• Experience within regulated environments such as government, banking or critical infrastructure
• Partner enablement or certification program experience
• ASAP start available.
