Virtuosa AI is an Australian-built report writing application designed specifically for psychologists working in high-report environments (Workers’ Compensation, NDIS, forensic, family court, educational and neuropsychology).

We are seeking a confident, resilient Outreach Associate to identify and contact large psychology practices across Australia where report writing creates operational pressure.

Many large practices are experiencing:

• 5–10+ hours per week per clinician spent drafting reports

• Cognitive fatigue from repetitive documentation

• Revenue leakage due to time-heavy reporting

• Burnout linked to administrative overload

Your role is to introduce Virtuosa AI as a structured, professional solution.

What You’ll Do

• Research and identify large, high-report psychology practices

• Call practice managers, directors and senior clinicians

• Identify report-writing pain points

• Position Virtuosa as Australian-built and purpose-designed

• Book qualified demo appointments for our demonstration specialist

• Track activity and provide structured feedback

This is consultative outreach — not aggressive telemarketing.

Who You Are

• Comfortable making high-volume phone calls

• Optimistic and persistent

• Able to sell to operational pain points

• Clear and confident communicator

• Systems-oriented and team-focused

• Interested in psychology, health or digital innovation

Psychology background highly regarded but not essential.

Recruitment Process

• Complete a validated optimism assessment of your choice

• Submit a 2–3 minute video demonstrating how you would introduce Virtuosa AI to a large psychology practice

The video should demonstrate:

1. Identification of report-writing pain points
2. Clear positioning of Virtuosa as Australian-built
3. Time-efficiency without compromising standards
4. Practice-level benefits (efficiency, revenue, reduced burnout)
5. Professional closing for a demo

Role Details

Multiple roles - Casual | Remote (Australia-based)

10–20 hours per week

Hourly rate + performance incentive
