Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls related to timber products.
• Prepare and send accurate quotes to customers based on their requirements.
• Follow up with clients on quotes, orders, and potential leads.
• Maintain clear records of customer interactions and sales activity.
• Build strong relationships with builders, tradespeople, and retail clients.
• Collaborate with the local Melbourne team to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience in telephone sales, preferably in timber, building supplies, or a related industry.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Basic computer skills (email, quoting software, spreadsheets).
• Must have access to a computer and reliable internet connection.
