- Hours: between 8:30am – 7pm, with 8.33 hour shifts and 1-2 late shifts/week
- Working remotely (this is a WFH position)

Your opportunity As an Administration Assistant, you’ll support and empower clients of all backgrounds. Working side by side with people who go the extra mile, you’ll also love the feeling of helping children and adults who need us. Here’s how you’ll do it:
- Providing an exceptional customer experience where customer needs are understood, appropriate services offered, and client questions are answered
- Contacting existing clients by telephone to discuss their hearing needs and book them into an appointment or negotiate a future contact point for clients not currently ready to make an appointment
- Promoting awareness of Hearing Australia’s services and products by actively marketing Hearing Australia through phone or digital contact with clients and prospective clients
- Undertaking inbound call activities and supporting Centres
- Appropriately responding to website enquiries or client complaints and resolve this to the client’s satisfaction
- Client registration and appointment booking, ensuring clients are offered suitable scheduled appointments at their preferred time and location
- Performing accurate and comprehensive client database and record keeping activities; obtaining relevant client information including names, addresses, email & mobile
- Participating in learning and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant privacy, health data and security legislation
What You’ll Bring We believe the successful candidate will thrive in an environment where they can provide exceptional and friendly service in conjunction with managing complex medical administration. You’ll bring:
- Excellent verbal communication skills, projecting high levels of care and empathy
- Proficiency with standard computer applications
- Previous experience in sales, customer service or in a Call Centre – desirable but not essential
- Customer focused mindset and being a great team player
- High level of attention to detail
