Role Description The HR Manager role at VEE GEE INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES PRIVATE LIMITED is a part-time, remote position. The HR Manager will oversee core HR operations, including employee lifecycle management, policy implementation, and maintenance of accurate HR records. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting recruitment activities, coordinating onboarding and orientation, and managing employee queries related to HR policies and benefits. The role also involves assisting with performance management processes, facilitating training and development initiatives, and promoting employee engagement and well-being. The HR Manager will collaborate with leadership to ensure compliance with applicable labor regulations and contribute to creating fair, inclusive, and transparent HR practices.
Qualifications
- Ability to manage core HR functions such as recruitment support, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
- Experience in developing, implementing, and interpreting HR policies and procedures, with attention to compliance and fairness.
- Strong organizational, documentation, and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks in a part-time remote setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with team members at various levels.
- Familiarity with HR information systems or basic HR software tools and proficiency in standard office applications.
- Knowledge of relevant labor laws and HR best practices in the Indian context is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certifications are an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and promote an inclusive, non-discriminatory work culture.
