We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Help Desk Analyst to join our IT support team 😊

In this role, you’ll provide technical assistance to internal teams and end-users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and help ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations. This is a great opportunity to build hands-on experience in IT support and grow your technical skills 🚀

🛠 Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line technical support via phone, email, or ticketing systems
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues 🔧
  • Escalate complex technical problems to senior IT staff when needed
  • Log and document support requests, solutions, and processes clearly
  • Assist with user account setup, password resets, and system updates
  • Deliver timely resolutions while maintaining excellent customer service 😊

  • Basic knowledge of IT systems, operating systems, and networking
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

🎓 Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred)
  • Previous IT support experience, internships, or projects are a plus 🌟
