Email Marketing Manager

We're the #4 fastest-growing company in Australia (AFR Fast 100, 2025) and we've built a high-performance lead generation business across insurance, financial services, and legal - operating across AU, NZ, and currently expanding into the US, UK, and Canada.

We're building out our email channel from the ground up and we need someone to own it. Set up Klaviyo, build the segmentation, design the nurture sequences, and turn email into a real revenue channel.

What the role looks like:

• Own Klaviyo end-to-end — setup, segmentation, flows, reporting
• Build re-engagement and nurture sequences across insurance, financial services, and legal verticals
• Manage list hygiene and deliverability
• Work directly with the founders to align email with our broader growth strategy
• Report on what actually matters: revenue generated, CPL, re-engagement rate — not vanity metrics

What we're looking for:

• 3–5 years in performance email marketing — lead gen or ecomm preferred
• Klaviyo experience is non-negotiable
• You can write copy or brief it clearly
• You move fast and don't need hand-holding
• Someone who is passionate about the role and is excited for growth
