Virtual Assistant (Offshore) – 10–15 Hours Per WeekTwoHearts Recovery & Coordination

About TwoHearts Recovery & Coordination

TwoHearts Recovery & Coordination is a Queensland-based, husband-and-wife run business working in the mental health and psychosocial disability space.

Our work focuses on recovery, connection, and practical support. We assist individuals in building stronger, more independent lives through recovery-focused coordination and community engagement.

As we continue to grow, we are expanding into multiple areas, including:

  • Mental health recovery support and coordination services
  • Development of structured training programs
  • A growing podcast focused on real conversations around mental health
  • Community-based initiatives and wellbeing activities
  • Content creation, advocacy, and education across social platforms

The Role

We are looking for a reliable offshore Virtual Assistant to join our team for 10–15 hours per week.

You must be able to work Australian business hours (Queensland / AEST time zone).

Days and exact hours are flexible within that window.

This is an ongoing role. We require the same dedicated VA — we do not work with agencies that rotate staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Bookkeeping (Xero)
  • Social media management
  • Keeping internal records up to date
  • Booking meetings and managing calendars
  • Email management (with the support of AI tools such as ChatGPT)
  • Helping with research (training content, podcast topics, community initiatives, and general business needs)
  • General administrative support

Must-Haves

  • Based offshore
  • Clear spoken English and excellent written/spelling skills
  • Able to work Australian / Queensland time zones
  • Degree in administration, business, communications, or a related field
  • Reliable internet and professional home setup
  • Organized, proactive, and able to stay on task
  • Strong communication skills and not afraid to ask for clarification
  • Kind, team-oriented, and culturally aligned
  • Comfortable in a small, growing business environment
  • Good sense of humour — we joke around a lot

Bonus Points

  • Video and podcast editing skills
  • Comfortable making English phone calls (using software we provide)

Minimal training required for:

  • Xero
  • LinkedIn
  • Wix
  • Canva
  • ChatGPT
  • Microsoft Office 365
