Social Media Manager – SaaS & Creator Brands

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies tailored to SaaS and creator audiences
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and additional platforms
• Manage and grow online communities, fostering engagement and brand loyalty
• Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize reach and engagement
• Collaborate with leadership to align social media initiatives with overall brand goals
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform content and campaign direction
• Oversee social media campaigns from ideation to execution, ensuring consistent brand messaging

Requirements

• Proven experience managing social media for SaaS or technology brands, with a track record of growing accounts to 100K+ followers
• Strong content creation skills, including copywriting, graphic design, and video editing
• Proficiency with analytics tools to measure and report on campaign performance
• Deep understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices for audience growth
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Experience managing large online communities and driving engagement
• Familiarity with the needs and interests of creators, developers, and digital artists
• Availability for a full-time, contract-based remote position
