Role Description The E-commerce Growth Manager will lead strategies to grow online sales, optimize the customer journey, and strengthen the brand’s digital presence. This full-time remote role involves managing and analyzing e-commerce performance metrics, overseeing online merchandising, and refining product listings and content for improved conversion. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, coordinating promotions, and working closely with design and operations to ensure accurate inventory, pricing, and on-site experience. The role also includes monitoring customer behavior, testing new growth initiatives (such as email, social, and paid campaigns), and continually refining the online store to increase repeat purchases and customer loyalty.
Qualifications
- Experience in e-commerce strategy, online merchandising, and conversion rate optimization.
- Skills in digital marketing, including social media marketing, email marketing, and paid advertising management.
- Ability to use web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, platform dashboards) to interpret data and inform decisions.
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills for product pages, promotional campaigns, and brand storytelling.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (such as Shopify or similar) and basic understanding of SEO best practices.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Prior experience in fashion, jewelry, or consumer retail is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or equivalent professional experience preferred.
