Experienced Mortgage Broker — Residential Lending
Tomorrow Financial Solutions (TFS) | Melbourne (Hybrid / In-office) or Remote AU-wide | Full-time, base + commission.
TFS is a fast-growing Australian financial services group built around bespoke lending, property, and fintech. We're scaling our residential broking team and are looking for a solutions-driven broker who already knows the policies and workarounds and wants a platform that lets them settle more, faster.
About the role
You'll own a pipeline of quality warm leads through our TFS Apply platform and Broker Dashboard, structure deals across our full residential lender panel, and take clients from strategy call to settlement. This is a broker seat with real deal flow - not a training role.
What you'll do
- Structure and submit residential home loans (PAYG and self-employed) across a full lender panel
- Interpret lender policy quickly and find compliant solutions where other brokers stop
- Own client relationships from discovery to settlement and beyond
- Work alongside our credit, processing, and call-centre teams so you stay on the deals, not the admin
- Meet NCCP, Best Interests Duty, and TFS credit-file standards on every submission
What you'll bring
- 2–5 years' experience as a residential mortgage broker or bank lender
- Strong working knowledge of residential lending policy across major banks and non-banks
- A track record of solving policy-tricky deals (LMI, self-employed, credit-impaired, complex structures)
- Cert IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking Management (Diploma preferred), MFAA or FBAA membership, and current Credit Representative status (or eligibility to be appointed under our ACL)
- Clear, confident client communication and strong file quality
