The Role

We’re looking for a motivated, enthusiastic digital marketer with a passion for sustainability to work with our friendly, dynamic team to inspire people around the world to make a better future.

As part of THRIVE, you will have the opportunity to:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across various online platforms, such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and Reddit..
• Create and optimise campaigns for search engines, social media, email, and other digital channels.
• Analyse and report on campaign performance using analytics tools to drive optimisations.
• Manage content creation, distribution, and scheduling for digital platforms.
• Conduct market research and stay updated with industry trends to enhance marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital strategies with overall marketing goals.
• Monitor and optimise website performance, user experience, and SEO strategies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Communications, Media, or other relevant field.
• At least 2 years of commercial experience in a digital marketing role, or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Preferred Requirements:

• Previous liasion experience with senior international leaders.
• Willingness to learn new skills
• The ability to handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
• The ability to be proactive and self-manage your time.
• A self-driven mindset to make a better future for all.
• Excellent communication and organisation skills. 
• Well-developed problem-solving abilities.
