About the Role

This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role for a proven sales hunter who thrives on building relationships, winning deals, and delivering measurable value. As our New Business Development Manager, you'll be the driving force behind new client acquisition and revenue growth across Australia and APAC.

You'll own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing enterprise deals—and play a key role in shaping solutions that solve real-world tech challenges.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Identify, qualify, and win new enterprise clients across Australia and APAC
  • Own the full sales cycle—from first contact to signed contract
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to co-design tailored client solutions
  • Contribute to the go-to-market strategy, marketing campaigns, and pitch materials
  • Stay sharp on ITAM, FinOps, SaaS, and emerging tech trends
  • Consistently exceed sales targets and drive measurable impact

What You Bring

  • Proven B2B sales experience in IT services, consulting, or enterprise SaaS
  • A strategic mindset with a results-driven approach
  • Confidence in engaging stakeholders from cold calls to C-suite conversations
  • Understanding of enterprise IT environments (or the ability to learn fast)
  • High energy, low ego, and a passion for making things happen
  • A natural collaborator who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
