Direct response copy is the fundamental basis of our work (ultimately we're paid to get results)

How we do it: When you combine a high-converting sales page with scroll stopping meta ads, with a clearly communicated message that speaks to dream buyers, you get hot leads, wanting to have a chat with our clients. Property clients come to us with 2 key problems (a) they don't have enough leads for their business and (b) their current shitty agency doesn't know how to get them quality leads. We solve both problems.
We are 100% remote, but if you’re happy to visit Melbourne or Sydney, then you can join our quarterly team catch ups.
About You
You love crafting strategies that sell
Proven experience working in the Australian property industry
More than 4+ years experience in a strategist role
Looking for a role where you can sharpen your sword working directly with some of the biggest property players in the country
You love connecting and communicating with clients. You genuinely care about the client experience and helping them get incredible results for their business.
You’re a high-performer, a ‘perfectionist’ some might even say
You can tell a client their emotional opinions don’t have weight, than move through the conversation logically using marketing principles to soothe their frustrations while still delivering the outcome they are looking for
You’re a problem solver, not the creator of problems
You’ve got a decent understanding of how meta ads work and testing/scaling strategies behind running ads
You have a good understanding of the customer journey and converting traffic into leads into booked calls through a funnel
People look to you for leadership, guidance and you thrive in these situations
You’re not a pencil pusher, waiting for orders to be given, you like to take charge
You understand the relationship between Marketing x Sales and can navigate conversations between ad performance driving sales outcomes
Can confidently report on performance in client-facing calls
The Role
As the Pod Leader, you’re responsible for a portfolio of 15-20 clients, leading the full strategy from a funnel perspective all the way through to the meta ads and creatives.
With your team of internal and external resources, you’ll take charge of pivotal client conversations, oversee the media buyer and creative strategist on paid ads, and ensure client campaigns are performing to deliver positive ROI.
Day to day, you’re the first responder when clients are asking questions, then it’s your job to delegate to the responsible parties.
You’ll also need to find blocks of deep work to think big picture strategy, where client campaigns are at, what’s next in their roadmap to success.
Ultimately, you’re the captain of the pod, the buck stops with you and you’ll take ownership of steering the ship in the right direction.
Our Clients
Our clients are predominantly in the property space (mostly buyer's agents), ranging from small business owners all the way up to the industry dominators with 6-figure monthly ad spends.
Bonus Points If you:
Have worked inside of with an Australian digital marketing agency or directly for a buyer’s agency/real estate company
Have a solid foundational understanding of GoHighLevel
Experience in direct response copywriting is not a must, but would be great if you have experience
Understand the principles of CRO and have experience running split-tests
