My client is a fast-growing ecommerce incubator helping first-time founders build real brands. Their clients are professionals and small-scale entrepreneurs with big ideas and real money on the line, and they help them reach their first $10K in sales and beyond.
About the role
This is a coaching-led Meta ads role. You'll teach founders how to launch, analyse and optimise their own campaigns and turn ad spend into a business that lasts. You'll work across a portfolio of early-stage brands and see a huge variety of products, audiences and problems.
What you'll do
- Run weekly 1:1 coaching calls to review performance and agree clear next steps
- Teach founders how to launch and optimise Meta campaigns and how to test creative
- Review Shopify stores and recommend conversion improvements from messaging to checkout
- Record Loom audits that turn complex problems into simple fixes
- Keep clients moving over Slack and troubleshoot performance dips
- Step in to build campaigns or create content when a client needs extra support
- Share learnings with the wider team to sharpen their frameworks
What you'll bring
- Strong hands-on experience running Meta ads for ecommerce brands
- Direct Shopify experience and confidence reading store analytics alongside ad data
- A background with small businesses or startups and a do-what-it-takes attitude
- The ability to explain data and strategy in plain English to non-marketers
- Strong organisation and the ability to manage multiple clients at once
- Google Ads, TikTok Ads or Klaviyo experience
- A background in coaching, mentoring or teaching
- Ad copywriting, content briefing or testing framework skills
