The Opportunity

You'll lead the marketing function for a high-growth eCommerce consultancy that's genuinely changing lives. This isn't about vanity metrics—it's about building a marketing machine that consistently delivers qualified leads to the sales team whilst scaling profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead multi-million dollar performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and YouTube
• Manage daily ad spend of $30K-$50K+ with profitable ROAS
• Partner directly with the CEO to drive commercial outcomes
• Build and mentor a world-class media team
• Architect scalable systems for lead generation and client acquisition
• Drive omnichannel growth strategies across paid, organic, and partnerships
• Oversee creative strategy, funnel design, and conversion rate optimisation

What You'll Achieve

• Scale campaigns with exceptional ROAS whilst decreasing CAC and increasing LTV
• Deliver repeatable frameworks for campaign launches and international expansion
• Build retention strategies that compound value
• Shape a high-performance marketing culture built on accountability and results
• Operate as a true commercial partner in driving growth

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven track record scaling consultancy or service businesses to $100M+ using performance marketing
• Expert knowledge of GA4, attribution modelling, and marketing analytics
• Experience building and leading cross-functional growth teams
• Thrives in high-pressure, results-driven environments
• Commercially sharp with ambition to progress to CMO level
• Passionate about making measurable impact on real people's lives
