Data Insights Analyst (Entry / Junior)

Role Description This is a part-time, remote role for an entry-level or junior Data Insights Analyst. The Data Insights Analyst will collect, organize, and analyze digital performance data from SEO, content, and advertising campaigns. Day-to-day tasks include conducting basic market research, interpreting customer behavior data, and preparing clear reports and dashboards for internal teams. The role involves collaborating with SEO specialists, content writers, and advertising professionals to translate insights into actionable recommendations. The analyst will also support A/B testing, track key performance metrics, and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and foundational data analytics abilities to interpret metrics and identify trends.
• Experience or coursework in market research and customer insight to understand audiences and behavior.
• Effective communication skills to present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfort working with spreadsheets or basic analytics tools (e.g., Excel/Sheets, Google Analytics, or similar).
• Interest in SEO, digital marketing, and data-driven decision-making; prior internship or project experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in progress or completed in a related field (e.g., Data Analytics, Marketing, Business, Statistics, or similar) is preferred but not mandatory with equivalent experience.
