In this role, you will collaborate with project managers, stakeholders, and team members to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives, all within a remote-first or hybrid work environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, and schedules.
• Coordinate tasks, resources, and communications across teams.
• Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables.
• Prepare and distribute project documentation, reports, and updates.
• Support risk management and issue resolution.
• Facilitate meetings, follow-ups, and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure projects adhere to company standards and processes.

✅ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or operations support.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira).
• Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects and deadlines in a remote or hybrid environment.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
• Fluent in English.
• Based in Australia with the legal right to work full-time.
