We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Digital Designer to design engaging visual assets across digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining creativity with usability, and working collaboratively in a remote-first environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Design digital assets for web, social media, marketing campaigns, and email.
• Create visuals aligned with brand guidelines and design standards.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams on creative concepts.
• Produce and iterate designs based on feedback and performance insights.
• Maintain and evolve design systems and visual libraries.
• Ensure designs are optimized for different devices and platforms.
• Manage multiple design projects and deadlines simultaneously.

✅ Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in digital design, graphic design, or related roles.
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital, web, and marketing design work.
• Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).
• Solid understanding of typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy.
• Basic knowledge of UX/UI principles is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Based in Australia with the legal right to work full-time.
