We are seeking a proactive and people-focused Training & Development Specialist to design, deliver, and continuously improve learning programs that support employee growth and organizational performance. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about talent development, learning strategies, and building high-impact training experiences in a remote-first environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage training and development programs aligned with business goals.

Conduct training needs assessments and identify skill gaps across teams.

Develop engaging learning materials, including workshops, e-learning content, and onboarding programs.

Coordinate and facilitate virtual training sessions and learning initiatives.

Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.

Collaborate with managers and HR partners to support employee development and career progression.

Maintain training documentation, learning paths, and best practices.

✅ Requirements

2+ years of experience in training, learning & development, HR, or related fields.

Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.

Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning tools.

Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Fluent in English.

Based in Australia with the legal right to work full-time.
