The Mission Simply Wall St has undergone a significant evolution, moving from being a research platform to a Portfolio Command Center. This shift represents a fundamental change in our product and brand, designed to provide stock investors with the ultimate control room for managing their wealth. As Senior Marketing Manager, your mission is to find and attract our ideal customer profile within the global market and convert them into long-term subscribers. You aren't here for broad reach or vanity metrics; you're here to build a high-efficiency acquisition engine that demonstrates how our platform solves the specific needs of investors. What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute holistic, multi-channel growth strategies - spanning paid digital, SEO, affiliates, and direct marketing - to hit ambitious commercial targets.
  • Regularly dive into internal and external analytics platforms to review reporting. You will track and analyse key performance metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS) to identify what is working, what isn’t, and the "why" behind the performance.
  • Design and lead high-velocity A/B testing across landing pages, channels, ad copy, and user journeys to improve conversion rates for our global audience.
  • Lead the management and growth of our affiliate channel by proactively acquiring and nurturing high-caliber partners, influencers and content creators.
  • Oversee marketing spend across all acquisition channels, ensuring efficient allocation and high ROI through constant channel optimisation.
  • Ensure all creative and content is on-brand and reflects our new positioning, working with internal designers to distill complex investing concepts into clean, compelling, and high-converting narratives.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to align marketing efforts with product updates and ensure our "Portfolio Command Center" positioning is brought to life.
  • Work with Head of Marketing to drive marketing team planning, translating company objectives into quarterly and annual plans
  • Communicate growth performance to the wider business, providing clear visibility on progress against targets, channel health, and actionable insights for the leadership team
  • Manage external agencies and contractors, ensuring strong briefs, execution quality, and commercial outcomes

Who You AreYour Knowledge Base

  • You have 7–10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3–5 years specifically focused on acquisition or performance. You have previously led marketing functions or teams, ideally within the B2C subscription or Fintech space.
  • You are a "T-Shaped" marketer - an expert in 1–2 key channels but with a broad, sophisticated understanding of the entire marketing landscape.
  • You are an experienced stock investor. You understand fundamental analysis, portfolio management, and the unique workflow needs of long-term investors.
  • You are a power user of marketing stacks and automation tools (e.g., GA4, Braze) and are proficient with SEO/SEM software to track and analyse the full subscriber lifecycle.

Your Skill Set

  • You are a strategic marketer who can distill complex investing concepts into clear, high-converting creative and content that speaks to a sophisticated audience.
  • You are an analytical thinker who can comfortably navigate reports and raw data to pull out meaningful insights, identifying the "why" behind performance to drive strategy and rapid tactical shifts.
  • You can juggle campaign planning, external agency management, and stakeholder coordination without dropping the ball, and you have experience mentoring team members.
