ABOUT THE JOB

We're seeking a strategic Creative Strategist to build campaigns that turn complex nutritional science into performance-driven creative that actually converts.

In this role, you'll be the strategic bridge between our performance data and creative execution. You'll develop insights-driven concepts and content strategies that make "Nicotinamide mononucleotide" sound like the cellular upgrade people didn't know they needed but suddenly can't live without.

You'll need to think like a performance marketer, write like a health copywriter who actually understands the science (not just regurgitates it), and brainstorm like a creative director who's obsessed with ROAS. You'll collaborate closely with our design and video teams to bring concepts to life that are rooted in both scientific credibility and platform performance on Meta, TikTok, and emerging channels.

WHAT YOU'LL DOCampaign Strategy & Messaging

  • Develop creative strategies that connect audience insights with campaign objectives for our nootropic and wellness products
  • Write creative briefs that clearly outline the challenge, audience insight, scientific message, and execution guidelines
  • Use performance data and testing results to influence creative direction and optimize for ROAS and LTV

Creative Concepts & Asset Planning

  • Translate strategy into scroll-stopping ad concepts, scripts, and hooks across Meta, TikTok, and emerging platforms
  • Partner with designers and video editors to bring campaigns to life. Ensure messaging is scientifically accurate, accessible, and performance-driven
  • Own relationships with external creative vendors and identify new talent as we scale
  • Use AI tools to increase creative output velocity and testing volume
  • Plan modular, platform-native creative that can be tested and scaled across channels

Insight Generation & Performance Optimization

  • Research customer pain points, wellness motivators, and product benefits to uncover winning creative angles
  • Analyze creative performance metrics to develop hypotheses and test plans for future iterations
  • Present strategic concepts and performance insights to internal teams with clarity and confidence

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Partner with our paid media team to align creative direction with targeting strategies and performance data
  • Provide creative guidance for wellness and supplement marketing across multiple platforms
  • Support creative QA, post-launch analysis, and creative audits
  • Lead creative ideation sessions and strategic planning

REQUIREMENTSWhat We're Looking For

  • 3+ years experience in creative strategy for performance marketing, preferably DTC e-commerce or health/wellness
  • Portfolio of performance campaigns that drove measurable results (ROAS, CTR, conversion rates)
  • Deep understanding of Meta and TikTok creative requirements
  • Experience with health, wellness, or supplement marketing preferred
  • Data-driven mindset: comfortable analyzing dashboards and making optimization decisions
  • Exceptional ability to translate complex topics. You can make NAD+ precursors sound like the cellular hack everyone's been missing, not a chemistry textbook
  • Proactive, organized, comfortable managing multiple projects
  • Enthusiastic about using AI tools for creative research and optimization
