• Support recruitment coordination and hiring activities.
• Maintain HR records, policies, and compliance documentation.
• Assist with performance management, training, and engagement initiatives.
• Provide guidance to employees on HR policies and procedures.
• Support payroll, benefits administration, and HR reporting.

✅ Requirements

• Experience in HR generalist or people operations roles.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment lifecycle processes.
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and HR tools is a plus.
• Able to work independently in a remote-first environment.
• Fluent in English.
• Based in Australia with the legal right to work full-time.
